CL Tech Recycling is an environmental technology company under AVLC Holdings. It was built as the next step beyond logistics: a platform to recover every last useful atom from obsolete technology.
Our first operating brand, TechHaulers, proved that efficient collection and tested resale could fund deeper recovery work. Today we are scaling precious-metals extraction from printed circuit boards and investing in the materials science that will turn 100% of e-waste into feedstock for new products.
We are not a scrap broker. We are a recovery lab in training — starting with the economics of reuse and refining, then closing the loop entirely through advanced separation, alloying, and materials engineering.
